The Information We Collect and How We Use It

In the course of operating the Websites, we collect or receive the following types of information:

Contact and Account Information

We may collect contact information on our Websites, typically your name, email address, phone number, and any information you provide in messages to us, such as through our Contact Us pages. We use such contact information for purposes of responding to, and following up regarding, your inquiries, including by providing you with requested or supplemental information. Depending on the nature of your message, we may route your information to an appropriate third party, such as one of our distributors, to better address such message.

When registering for an account, we will collect some combination of your name, email address, and phone number for purposes of allowing you to register and log in through our account portal. Our third-party vendors that provide our portals on the back-end store and secure your passwords; Full Send does not have access to these passwords.

Order Information

When you make (or attempt to make) a purchase through the Websites, you will provide certain information to our eCommerce platform, including your name, billing and shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We will receive all such information except, for payment information, we only receive the last four digits of your credit card number.

We use the Order Information to fulfill any orders placed through our Websites (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices/confirmation), communicate with you, screen our orders for potential fraud or other risks, or, upon giving your consent, provide you with marketing relating to our products or services.

Phone Numbers

You have the option to receive SMS/text marketing by putting in your phone number and consenting to use of your phone number for such purpose. Further, using the Community app, you must also provide your consent for us to send promotional messages to you (e.g., information regarding any inventory drops).

Server Logs

Like most websites today, our web servers keep log files that record data each time a device accesses those servers. The log files contain data about the nature of such access, including the device’s IP address, user agent string (e.g., operating system and browser type/version), and referral URL (i.e., the external source by which you arrived at our Websites or the pages you’ve clicked on while on our Websites). We may use these log files for purposes such as assisting in monitoring and troubleshooting errors and incidents, monitoring for fraud, analyzing web traffic, or optimizing the user experience.

Cookies

We collect information using “cookie” technology. Cookies are small packets of data that a website stores on your computer’s or mobile device’s hard drive (or other storage medium) so that we or third parties can “remember” information about your visit. We use both 1st and 3rd-party session cookies and persistent cookies. Below is a general primer on session and persistent cookies; information collected by cookies depends on its particular purpose. For more information, please see the information regarding analytics providers discussed further below.

  • Session Cookies: We use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our Websites.  A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. Persistent Cookies: A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive or other storage medium for an extended period of time or until you delete them. You may be able to remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your browser’s settings.
  • For purposes of our log-in portal or related feature on our Websites, persistent cookies can be used to store your passwords so that you don’t have to enter it more than once.
  • Persistent cookies also enable us to track and target the interests of our Visitors to personalize the experience on our Website or to serve Full Send advertisements on other digital properties (i.e., “retargeting” you on other sites based on your interaction with Full Send content on our Websites or related social media properties, as discussed further below).

In some cases, we may associate information that you have provided to us (e.g., email address) with the cookies that we use. In addition to facilitating the purposes described above, this is useful in understanding your engagement with other content related to our Websites (e.g., email open rates, URL clickthroughs). If you do not want us to place a cookie on your hard drive, you may be able to turn that feature off on your browser. Please consult your browser’s documentation for information on how to do this and how to delete persistent cookies. However, if you decide not to accept cookies from us, certain aspects of the Websites may not function properly or as intended. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.

Third-Party Analytics Providers

We use one or more third–party analytics services, including Google Analytics, to evaluate your use of the Websites by compiling reports on activity (based on their collection of IP addresses, Internet service provider, browser type, operating system and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, what sections of the Websites you visit, number of links clicked, search terms, and other similar usage data) and analyzing performance metrics. These third parties use cookies and other similar technologies (e.g., pixel tags) to help collect, analyze, and provide us reports or other data.

Third-Party Targeted Advertising Providers

As mentioned in the Cookies section, we may use third-party “adtech” providers (such as Facebook) to retarget you with Full Send advertisements on third-party websites based on your visits to our Websites or social media properties, such as items viewed, bought, or left in the shopping cart (“abandoned”), posts or pages viewed, or other similar interactions.
